It’s coming. A special night of “Tapas and Jazz” on Thursday, Feb. 22, from 5-9 p.m. in Brumley’s Restaurant. You won’t want to miss these exciting new creations from our Executive Chef Michael Gonzales!

- Crispy Hickory Smoked Chicken Croquettes with Alabama White BBQ Sauce, $9
- Cumin Roasted Heirloom Carrots with Saffron Yogurt, Harissa Vinaigrette, Pickled Carrots, Pomegranate and Crispy Red Quinoa, $7
- Buffalo Cauliflower with Chives and Cruze Buttermilk Blue Cheese Dip, $8
- Crispy Fried Brussels Sprouts with Benton’s Tennessee Bacon, Spicy Honey, Mexican Parmesan and Pickled Red Onions, $11
