Join the Sabine Hill Social Society as they explain the mystery of the clothing worn during the Federal period, 1800-1820,
for both men & women. See examples of what was really worn – not the Hollywood versions. Details of types of fibers
and colors will be discussed, as well as fashion trends and the history behind why the fashions became what they were.
