Peter Steiner, trombone
Italian trombonist Peter Steiner combines “European soul with American spirit” in “elegant” and “startling” performances around the globe with pianist-organist Constanze Hochwartner. Steiner studied at The Mozarteum in Salzburg and graduated from The Juilliard School in New York, and by age 23, Steiner had been trombonist of the Vienna State Opera and Vienna Philharmonic and principal trombonist with the Colorado Symphony, as well as guest trombonist from Munich to Seattle.
