Timeline Festival 2021

Have you ever wanted to experience all the history of the world in one day? The Rocky Mount State Historic Site hosts one of the largest events that pulls history from all eras, spanning from The Knights of the Round Table to current times. Join groups of historic re-enactors for a two-day event as they gather together across our landscape to share their knowledge and educate the public. The weekend is expected to bring privateers, blacksmiths, militiamen, merchants and even pirates! Local historic sites will also be present including Tipton-Haynes, Sycamore Shoals, and David Crockett to name a few. Come learn about our military history and experience live music ranging from the 1700s to modern country, lectures from various authors, an early century wedding, and observe the processing of our Cotswold sheep wool. During the event, the historic site of Rocky Mount will host tours of the historic homestead and museum. Time is of the essence, mark your calendars today! Price is $10 for adults, $5 for children, and $9 for seniors.
