COMPLETE DINNER FOR $12 WILL START AT 5:00 in the big room under the Auditorium. Doors open at 6:00 and show starts at 7:00. Advance orders are greatly appreciated so these wonderful cooks know how much food to prepare.
Rob Ickes and Trey Hensley are a powerhouse acoustic duo that has electrified the acoustic music scene. Rob Ickes is a former founding member of supergroup Blue Highway and has won an uprecedented 15 International Bluegrass Music Association awards for Dobro Player of the Year. Trey Hensley is the 2023 IBMA Guitar Player of the Year.
Known for their white-hot picking, stone country vocals with soul and world class live musicianship, Ickes and Hensley meld together blues, bluegrass, country, rock and other string band music of all kinds to form a signature blend of music that defies restrictions of genre. They are equally at home on stages of prestigious performing arts centers, theatres and the Grand Ole Opry as they are on Americana, jamgrass and bluegrass festivals.
They have collaborated with Vince Gill, Taj Mahal, Rodney Crowell, Tommy Emmanuel, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Earl Schurggs and performed with Molly Tuttle on “John Deere Tractor” on the album, A Tribute to the Judds.
Rob Ickes has performed with Merle Haggard, Alison Krauss, Alan Jackson, Reba McEntire, Tony Rice and many more. Trey Hensley has appeared on stage with Johnny Cash, Peter Frampton, Charlie McDaniels and Old Crow Medicine Show. He made his debut at the Grand Ole Opry at age 11 with Marty Stuart and Earl Scruggs.
