Unicoi County YMCA Triathlon

Our longer race is 1/4 mile swim, 8.2 miles on bike and 2.1 mile run (same course as last year). We have added a new intermediate distance this year for students entering 5th grade – through entering 8th grade: 100 yard swim, 2.3 miles on bike and 1 mile run. Our kids race is for kids entering 4th grade and younger and it is 70 feet swim, 1 mile bike and 0.4 mile run.
