The Heritage Alliance hosts its second annual Picnicking with History on Saturday, May 13 at Knob Creek Historical Museum, located at 243 Denny Mill Road in Johnson City. This event will include a tour of the historic grounds and buildings and a chance to have a picnic lunch on the lawn. There are four tour and lunch slots available at 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 4 p.m.

Garden lovers from across the region will venture to Jonesborough for the 27th Annual Garden Tour & Tea on Saturday, June 3. This is a self-guided walking tour through downtown Jonesborough. The garden tour is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. which includes a tea party from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Registration will be held at the Jonesborough Visitors Center from 9 a.m. |
