Thanks to the generosity of the Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors, everyone has FREE admission to Bays Mountain Park on August 16!

If you’ve never been to Bays Mountain Park or are looking for something fun to do outdoors, then take advantage of NETAR’s generosity and come out and enjoy the park next week.

Bays Mountain Park will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on August 16, while the nature center will be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Go for a leisurely walk around the lake, take a short hike up the mountain, visit with the animals or let your children or grandchildren play on the new Fox Den playground. Be sure to check out the recently renovated gift shop and the new educational displays and dioramas in the Nature Center. Remember, there’s no wrong way to spend time at Bays Mountain Park.

NOTE – While gate fees will be waived all day on August 16, program fees (planetarium shows, barge rides) will still be in effect, and guests will have to pay those fees to participate.
