Persimmon Ridge Park Guided Hike

The Town of Jonesborough Parks and Recreation Department invites the community to enjoy the beauty of fall during a free guided hike at Persimmon Ridge Park on Wednesday, September 30, at 4 p.m.
The Leaf Peeping at Persimmon hike will give participants an opportunity to explore Persimmon Ridge while learning about the changing leaves and the science behind why leaves turn color.
The guided hike is open to all ages, and no registration is required. Participants are encouraged to meet at the Civitan Pavilion at Persimmon Ridge Park, located behind Wetlands Water Park. The event is free and open to the public.
