Bays Mountain Duathlon

A winter duathlon brought to you by RunCorps. The event will consist of two trail runs and a mountain bike ride. The first run will be about 2.8 miles along the Lakeside Trail (rolling single track). The Bike course will take Chestnut Trail, to Big Oak, to Chinquapin, to Lake Road for about 6 miles of mostly single track. The finishing run will be ablut 2.7 miles and take Chestnut to Azalea to Lake Road. If you dont run or ride, grab a friend who does, we have a two person relay too.
