Our popular “Tapas & Jazz” will return Thursday, April 12th in Brumley’s Restaurant. The menu includes: Smoked Beef Tenderloin Sliders with Horseradish, Swiss, House Pickles and Baby Arugula on Griddled Brioche ($12); Chilled Yellowfin Tuna with Cucumber Carpaccio, Pickled Radish and Smoked Chili Mayo with Buttered Breadcrumbs ($9); House Buffalo Pork Rinds with Hot Sauce Emulsion, Buttermilk Bleu Cheese Dip and Pickled Celery ($6); Cast Iron Charred Okra with Citrus, Sea Salt and Smoked Paprika Dip ($7); Grilled Gulf Shrimp with Cocktail and Lemon ($8); and Strawberry Elderberry Spritzer with Matua Sauvignon Blanc, Elderberry and Strawberry Liqueur and Soda with Fresh Lemon and Strawberries ($7.75).
