Greeneville: Sammy the Shark Sharkation
Award Winning Sammy the Shark is on Sharkation 2020 in Greeneville August 17-21
Greeneville, Tenn. – For those that love Shark Week, and love the excitement that it brings each year, the Greene County Partnership’s Tourism Department created Sammy the Shark in 2019 to celebrate a “Sharkation” (shark on vacation) right here in Greene County.
While on his relaxing vacation in Greeneville, Sammy the Shark will be visiting local businesses throughout the week of August 17-21. Be on the lookout for when he will “surface.”
Sammy will have “Sharkation, Greeneville, TN” bracelets to give away and what a great way to promote our community by having a picture made with Sammy and using the #SharkationGreenevilleTN2020 on all social media posts.
We do know Sammy is scheduled to visit Tipton’s Café on Wednesday, August 19 at 10 a.m. and at Creamy Cup at 11:30 a.m. Stay tuned and follow https://www.facebook.com/DiscoverGreenevilleTN.Now to find out where you can “catch” Sammy next.
