Julie Fowlis: Music of the Scottish Isles

A torchbearer for her native tradition, Julie Fowlis is a multi-award-winning Gaelic singer influenced by her upbringing in the Outer Hebridean island of North Uist. Her “crystalline” and “intoxicating” vocals have enchanted audiences around the world. She recorded the theme song to Brave, Disney Pixar’s award-winning film.
