Handcycle Race begins at 7:25 a.m.
Race & Relays begins at 7:30 a.m.
** Kid’s Race begins at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, September 22 at Founder’s Park

COURSE INFORMATION
START & FINISH will be located at or near the Farmer’s Market Pavilion at Founder’s Park. The parking area at the Pavilion will be closed for the staging of the finish area and post race celebration.
PARKING will be throughout the downtown area. Hand-Cycle will start at 7:25 a.m. and the full/relay start at 7:30 a.m., please plan accordingly.
RELAY TEAM EXCHANGES are stationed throughout the course and they will include restrooms, a hydration station, medical services and ETSU Bluegrass. The exchanges will be located at the following: Exchange #1 – Tweetsie Trail entrance on Alabama, Exchange #2 – Southside Elementary in the Historic Tree Streets, Exchange #3 – Poor Richards Uptown across from Earth Fare on St. of Franklin. Some distances will be longer than others so please plan accordingly. Shuttles will be located for Relay Members near the start area.
