Micky Dolenz – 60 YEARS OF THE MONKEES Micky Dolenz is best known as a vocalist and drummer of the 1960s pop legends The Monkees, but he’s also an actor, singer, director, producer, writer, radio DJ, and all-around performer extraordinaire. The Monkees achieved massive success both as a TV show and as recording artists, with their first Join the Jackson Theatre and the McKinney Center for a series of programs celebrating local history and America’s 250th birthday.
